    Hi,
I am getting more and more frustrated with JA builder.
I can update some pages and the code in it. But other pages refuse to keep the changes saved and is not finishing the upload (despite the possibility to update and publish those pages).
Do you have cache problem again on your JA Builder servers?
    regards
    yves

    Do you have any feedback???

    I have even more problems.
I created a page in the joomla menu.
then I edited it with JA builder. I added some JA builder library blocs in it and then I cannot deleted remove them.
The published page doesn’t show them, but when I edit the page in JA builder, the blocs are there and I cannot get them off.

    Hi,

Did you try to clear browser’s caches first?

If the problem still persists, let me know the changes on this page: https://www.adinvest-international.net/en/about-en.html which you want to apply, I will take a look.

    Hi,

In the many problems I had these last days, I was able to deal with the above link.
I still have problems with https://www.adinvest-international.net/fr/contacts-fr.html (you need to be logged in as admin to see presently, if you don’t log in your IP may be blocked, just let me know in that case).
    The problems for that page:

    • I inserted some blocks. These blocks are not displayed when published, they are only visible when you edit the page, and it it is impossible to delete them.
    • the normal content of the webpage is not displayed anymore when editing the page in JA builder.
    • to be able to remove the blocks, I am simply deleting and creating back a new joomla page into which I try to insert the JA builder blocks.
      • some other small problems in the page.

And yes I already cleaned the cache of my various browsers. The problem of cache, if it is a problem of cache effectively is not on my side (and the cache is also disabled on the Joomla server).

    regards
    yves

I just tried to add a CTA block into the bottom and it’s showing now. Kindly check.

Hi Saguaros, I will look to upload again the modules I tried to upload. How did you delete the previous contact module (as I could have access to the bin icon)?

I also noticed that the page for the Joomla content is set to "Extra Large" but the published display is in "Fuild" full width mode. I am obliged to save again the "Extra Large" setting to be taken into consideration. How to avoid that issue?

    Added text:
and in addition, the problem of "Extra large" format being overridden is also applied to the other pages (with editing those pages) where a joomla content block is included, like:

    Hi yves,

I just checked above 2 pages:
    https://www.adinvest-international.net/fr/community-fr.html
    https://www.adinvest-international.net/fr/resources-forum-fr.html

But they have ‘extra-large’ container now: http://prntscr.com/hgdsto

    Kindly check again.

    SURE I MODIFIED THEM BACK AS I COULDN’T WAIT….

A new problem occurred when I edited the footer:

    • I cannot delete the form field at the bottom right.
    • Then the logo disappeared in the edit mode (I didn’t published the page yet to keep the logo). But when you look at the setting of the image field, all the parameters are there…. (see attached print screen)

Can you please solve these two points. Was editing the footer on the page https://www.adinvest-international.net/fr/contacts-fr.html

    regards
    yves
