    I have a website running Joomla 1.5.23 using the Ja-t3 Framework 2 (latest)

    Basically the problem i have is when i load the site all appears in place and fine, when i open an article from the home page that also loads fine, all images and banners are correct, now, when i go back to the previous page and load the same article again the page breaks, images are missing and modules don’t appear to load content also.

    This does not happen when i open a page linked to a menu, only when i open an article thats open from a section, further more this happens localhost via wamp and also when the database and installation contents are on the external server.

    Is this something that could be a result of a bad setting in Joomla or the T3 itself?>:(

    Joomla cache = no
    gZip = no
    T3 compress join minify css & java = yes
    template cache =yes

    This problem seems to only happen when i enable the template cache, does anyone know why? and if so what files do i need to enable “write” access to enable this function remotely…

    So, just to recap… if i enable the template cache without the cache plugin enabled the second visit to articles breaks the page, so you must have the page cache enable both via t3 template settings and also the plugin enable in joomla, not just in the global config section.

    I guess if you dont want cache, then you will just disable all the cache features and all will work fine.. 😀

    Joomla plugin enable = yes
    Joomla cache = yes
    gZip = yes
    T3 compress join minify css & java = yes
    T3 template cache =yes

    = fast site and very happy user

    What i do not understand is why all cache features are disable from both joomla and T3 the t3 folder and t3 assets folder continues to grow in size!!!

    First try and disable the gzip compression as that sometimes can cause problems.

    why would that effect the t3 folder and t3 assets, i have cleared all the both template and t3 caches, now i have no caching at all in the template but t3 is still caching these folders…
