Hello guys, please I can not save the form “JA Slideshow module for Joomla 2.5”. I tried with versions 2.5.1/2.5.2 and quickstart jatiris the module installs fine but when I open the administrator module to change the parameters can not in any way to save it. thank you very much.

Check your permissions. Folders should be 755 and files 644.

Hi,

The only reason for the Save button that can not work is a JS error, since we can’t access your website to debug the issue there’s only one thing you can do.

1. Disable all modules and plugins.
2. Enable JA Slideshow
3. Start to enable one plugin at a time and see which one is causing the problem.

P.S. I suggest that you should apply for the latest version of JA Slideshow which is only for paid memebers
