    Hi Burly Nerd,

Did you install JA Focus with Quickstart package or install it manually into an existing website? Pls make sure that you set JA Focus as default template first, then check the category settings again, that Fields tab should appear.

Share me the credentials of your site if problem still persists, I will help you to check.

    Regards

No, this is not QuickStart. I followed all of the instructions for a manual build of a page similar to the demo. No fields tab.

That will have to wait until I have another site that I try to build manually, or if somebody else tries to build a JA Focus similar-to-demo site from the instructions.

I have the same problem. Manual installation from Jmagz to Focus.
Even if Focus is standard template.

    Hi guys,

When you install template manually, pls follow these below steps to create ‘Colors’ fields as our demo site:
    1) Go to Admin panel > Content > Fields >> filter the fields by Category (by default, Joomla displays fields filtered by Articles): http://prntscr.com/hw9aac

    2) At this point, create a new Fields called Colors with type of List (list) and fulfill list of values for this Colors field: http://nimb.ws/RVDUkY

Remember to assign this ‘Colors’ field to the categories you want to have this custom field: http://prntscr.com/hw9ce8

    3) Now, open the settings of category, that ‘Fields’ tab should display there: http://prntscr.com/hw9ctb

We’re sorry for any confusion caused. The documentation team will update the guide of this template pretty soon.

Pls give it a try and let me know if you need any further helps.

    Cheers!
