    Hello,

    A friend of mine who I directed to this site signed up on Tuesday and did not receive his signup email. His name is Jeff Krukin and he asked me to contact customer support via the forum since I am a member and can log in. Please let me know if you found his signup account and please forward him his sign up message again.

    Please confirm you found or could not find his registration information.

    jobsdca username displays as Licensed member which mean that he will not have any problem with signup or download any more 🙂

    It’s usually instant, however there are some occasions where if you pay via eCheck it will take approximately 5 days to process. This is an issue with PayPal, so unfortunately we cannot speed up this process.

    If you require any further assistance send me an email with your paypal transaction ID and I will look into this further for you.

    Hi,
    i have send an message to you in the morning. Iknow the timezone problem. But on the side would offeret that:

    ” * Buy via Paypal & 2Checkout! Accept all major Credit cards!
    * Pay and download instantly within minutes.”

    I have paid with paypal it is 12 hours ago, and i cant download anything, sorry it is not o.k., when something woul offert and at the end not right!

    because, I have paid yesterday.
    But today on the 24.05. my account woul aktivated and I can use downloads.
    So why stand 23 May 2008 23 Aug 2008?

    So I have one day pay without I can download…
