Good Morning,
I have a problem with the template and the mobile devices. For now I only looked it in my iphone 4 and the slide is not seen as it should. I enclose a picture with the screenshot.
Thanks,
Sonia

July 17, 2014 at 3:58 am #542696Hi Sonia,
As you can see in our demo site, when it comes to small tablet / mobile device, the main slideshow should be hidden instead. Did you modify the CSS to show it in mobile layout ?
July 17, 2014 at 8:08 am #542716Hi, I did not see the option to hide slideshow for small mobile devices, and I still do not see where is this option, then, in ipad, the slide images are ok, but you do not see the descriptions of the various slide, you can see only the title. Then, I only have modified the css of the slideshow for change the colors, I have not touched the code. I have not seen it even in the documentation that there was a need to do so. Thanks and sorry for the ticket, there are èrobloems with the tickets Yesterday and I had written into the forum because I thought that the ticket had not been sent.
July 17, 2014 at 3:39 pm #542749I think you have tbe same problems I encountered some days ago. For the slideshow I don’t rember option to change while fot the description you mentioned you have to modify the css of the jaslideshow module (search in the forum, at the moment I am not able to be more precise). Then I think you have tomodify your custom.css file adding the rules requested for a correct visualisation in different devices if the predefined ones don’t work properly. I added some @media rules one for eache mobile s reen width.

July 18, 2014 at 4:23 am #542806Hi,
Actually, you can navigate to Admin >>> Extensions >>> Template Manager >>> choose your current template >>> switch to tab Layout >>> under Responsive Layout, choose to hide module position ‘slideshow’ in Small and Extra Small.
