In the pages where I have selected the component JA Builder the language menu doesn’t work. I use the template JA Intranet. How I can solve this problem?

And about this website I have this question:

How I can manage better the graphic of the Ja Builder Pages. For Example I created the page in attached image. How I can remove the blue line and resize the image?
