Hi, I am trying to update the JA Rasite template but when I click in upgrade the next error message appears:

Response from JoomlArt Updater Service: Your account does not have enough permission to take this action. Please contact “JoomlArt Updater Service” for more information or use another account.
Upgrade failured

What should I do?

Sorry to hear of the problem. Could you please elaborate steps by steps what you did to get the above notice?

And what version you want to update JA Rasite template to? What is your current version?

It is rather difficult to duplicate the above issue without these information. Thanks
