I have downloaded jatc_teline_iv_j25.zip to my hard disk and trying to upload to my new site. I’m using Extension Manager: Install and locate zip-file with Upload Package File. The upload starts but after about 1-2 minutes ends without any error message or OK. Just nothing. Looking in template manger the template is’nt uploaded. Seems like the upload abrupt before finishing installation.

I installed the Teline_IV Template on your site without problems as you can see

Maybe you are trying to install the wrong file.

The template file is different from the quickstart file quickstart file install Joomla core + the template

The template file only is to install a new template on an preexistent Joomla installation

Yes, I was trying to install JA Teline IV for Joomla 2.5 (13.30 MB) quickstart on my already existing Joomla site. Thanks for fast help and exellent template!

I loaded the template JA Teline IV here: (http://www.cilentotime.it/) but now does not work I activated the old template! the website has all the categories and items added by me a few days ago, but I can not configure the template modules and categories menu items, how can I do? are three days That I go crazy! help!

Did you read this GUIDE ? there’s a detailed explanation for all modules settings in this way you can configure all your modules too
