Hi, I installed the Quickstart package but when I go to click on a product is on me this error: Internal Server Error. How can I fix this? http://www.giulivostore.com/index.php

Hi Paolo,

Try this out, go to VirtueMart’s control panel and click on Configuration. Now click on Site and look on the right hand side of the screen under the heading Layout. The first option “Select the theme for your shop” make sure that ja-msolite is selected from the drop down list, save and test.

Then i would check the file permissions on all files in the folder for the template ja-mesolite in components/com_virtuemart/themes/

Or try to upload the whole folder again for the template

Permission for the file folder and file 755 is 644. This is correct?
I tried to upload the folder again but nothing has changed.

Hi Paolo

I actually installed the quickstart on my local server to try and duplicate your problem, but its working fine. I’m not sure when you downloded but I found a changelog with lots of bug fixes one of these bug sound pretty much like the problem you are experiencing.

As already suggested by Menalto don’t waist any more time on it, download a fresh copy and re-install.
