    Hi, this is the URL sited for the update:

    http://update.joomlart.com/service/tracking/j16/uber.xml

    When I try to update this error happens:
    "Update path does not exist"
    "Error updating COM_INSTALLER_TYPETYPE."

    What is the solution for this problem? Thanks.

    Hi,
    All JA Extension are updated via JA Extension manager component . You need to download and install it . Then add your JA Account username/Password in Service manager area . Save and update the template/extension from it .

    Your subscription was expired February 23, 2016 . In case you need support and downloads for JA Teline V , you need to buy JATC Single template membership again for JA Teline V .

    Does not $59 template purchase last more than one day?

    Help please. Chat support has not answered since saying they would pass it on yesterday. Forum support is very slow. And I need to update the site which I cannot do because I cannot access the downloads.

    We are very sorry for this confusion, due to an account glitch that your subscription got expired early. However this is all fixed now, you have active JA Teline V subscription until Feb 2017.

    You can download JA Teline V and use JA Extension Manager to update the template now, just add JA username/password in Service manager area before you update.
