i installed qiuck start of j3.1
but i think , it’s not orginal because
i change my lang to arabic (persian) then when i try to edit Home-menu to our language => صفحه نخست
it saved like ????? ????? 🙁
i think your db is not utf-8

Hi,

The db files that the QS package installs are whatever your hosting environment supports by default, i suggest that you create a new database set it to utf8_general_ci and then try to reinstall the QS package again.
