When we post an article, it appears under the category, but does not appear correctly in the JA newspro module. Eventually, after about 6 hours, it does appear correctly.

I have tried refreshing while viewing, and using ctrl-F5, and it still does not appear.

I believe this could be a problem with the cache?

The value that is in the cache, in JA-Newspro, is that in seconds?

    Thanks,

    Ken

    Hello,
If you go to the ->Advanced Parameters of Ja NewsPro you will see the time for cache!
But you can also clear cache every time you post a new article.

    I hope that helps!

What does that number mean, seconds? minutes?

Do you think that could be why articles are appearing under the categories, but not showing up in the main part of the janewspro?

Hi, that number is in minutes (although i am not 100% sure).

If you have included the categories in JaNewsPro settings then articles from those categories should show up.

They show up, but only after about an hour, or longer. In the meantime, they do appear in other places, just not where they are supposed to show up in the JA NewsPro module.

    That’s because of cache time!

You can disable cache (Not suggested) and what i do -> http://www.istories.gr is clear cache each time a new article is on!

Goto -> Tools- Clean Cache – Clean everything ! And you are done!

    I hope that help you!
