In mi site I have problems with the ś and with the ñ’s, here’s a cap from my problem:

The problem is only in the headlines, in the rest of the item content there’s not problem so I think that the problem is in the CSS, somebody help me please.

The cause of this problem is rised from database. Exactly, it is rised from Collation Code of fields in table. Pls edit this property for all tables, especially is jos_content table. Pls set all fields in table with value of Collation is “utf8-general-ci”.
