Hello.

I have a little problem on my website with Chronoform.

The problem is with the Checkbox element. When I try to insert some text on the ToolTip option, the text on the web appears behind the main block. You can see only a part of the text between the background and the main or central part of the site.

The toolTip option makes when you put the mouse over the “?” button, a text appears. My text appears between main block and background :((

I´ve asked in Chronoform´s forum and they told me:

“It looks as though the template (or something else) is formatting the checkbox to make it look pretty. Often this is done by moving the ChronoForms checkbox off the page and replacing it with a ‘pretty’ version. Unfortunately the error message is still attached to the checkbox that had been moved off the page.”

and if it were a Rocket Template, I should turn off Input Formatting in the template Advanced Options.

Do you know how to fix it?

Hi again,

Just wanna update solution here if anyone care:

– Go to file: /templates/ja_mendozite/css/template.css

– Add addition CSS rule for tool tips:

.tooltipbox {
border: 1px solid #CCCCCC
width: 300px;
z-index: 100;
}

Once done, clean T3 cache 🙂
