Hello
First Go to System > Global config. > Default Editor > NONE .
Editor remove the icons code so set it it NONE when u edit the module . Now add the code from the documentation Here
Find 9. Connect with us in documentation .
For Links You will need to change the url (#) with your twitter/FB page url .
