Thanks for you attentions.
Most likely you have not understood me. If you have not changed anything, then the feedback should work. But it is not working, and not only me. This may be a bug Joomla, but the result is devastating – feedback does not work. I used your old T3 framework and it worked perfectly. Following your advice I have it updated and has received a lot of problems. I found the solution for J.1.6.3 here http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/joomla/tracker/?action=TrackerItemEdit&tracker_item_id=25763. May be you know how to fix the situation with feedback. Thanks
