Hello,

In our site at http://www.akankshajunction.com, when users click Customize my page under the Profile menu, the page to add applications appears. When users click Add Application, the Add application window appears with applications listed. However, when users click Add to add application, nothing really happens. The applications do not get added to the user’s page.

Request your help in resolving this, please.

Hi Praveen,

Did it work with default joomla template? Please try to switch default template to another instead of JA Social to check it.

and may I know which versioni of JomSocial component you are using?

Hello Saguaros,

I am using Jomsocial 2.6. This turned out to be a conflict with an installed plugin – jspcup_community (JAchievements in User Profile – http://shop.progmist.com/products/jachievements/jachievements). Am planning to play around with the JAchievements source code to see if I can resolve the issue.
