October 13, 2010 at 4:44 am #358699Hi,
I have checked again and still successfully download JA Social via http://www.joomlart.com/forums/downloads.php?do=cat&id=334 under your account for testing purposes. There might be internet error at the time you get access.
Pls try again and get back to us if you find any issue.

October 13, 2010 at 11:19 am #358780No, the problem still exist. I turned off all Norton Security and still receive the same error message. I tried several times an it failed each time. I am running Windows 7 and using Mozilla FireFox Ver. 3.6.10. I am not experiencing download issues with any other site, just JA.
Thank you for your help!

October 13, 2010 at 12:19 pm #358791For some reason I was able to download the file using IE. Now that I have downloaded the zip folder. I can’t get it to install on the server. I don’t get an error message, it just acts like it is installing the file and then nothing happens, no new template, nothing.

October 14, 2010 at 2:52 am #358876Hi, so sorry to hear of your hassle in getting the package installed on your server.
Kindly check again the configuration of your server on time limitation or the file maximum size and then try to install again. It is so strange as this seems to be the first time we ‘ve heard of that issue.

November 11, 2010 at 8:27 pm #362514I have allocated more space to the server, tryed installing the template using IE instead of Mozilla, downloaded the zip file from JoomlArt.com again, tried installing the new downloaded files, NOTHING works!
The server looks like it is installing the files and ends with NO error messages. I go to the list of templates and nothing!
Please Help!
