I read the report; there is not a solution yet
Hi Imurillo,
We are sorry for the delay, we are busy migrating things to J1.7 these days. And I also have a suggestion for you to uprade your joomla version as J1.7 is known for more stable and less security issues. We will continue this issue on the frame of j1.7 that would be better.

I updated to joomla 1.7 but now the problem is:
Fatal error: Cannot instantiate abstract class JDatabaseQuery in C:wampwwwjoomla16pluginssystemjat3jat3corejoomlamodulehelper.php on line 292
Please upgrade JAT3 Plugin to the latest version, it fixes this.
I installed the newest versions of the plugin and blank template 1.0.6 and 1.3.0 for Joomla 1.7 and the issue is with all due respect, decidedly not resolved.
When I duplicate a template, I would expect that the duplicated template retains its own settings separately. It does not do this. As soon as I change a setting in the duplicated template, the original template settings are also changed along.
So, if I want to make a duplicate because I need to assign a separate profile and menu per language, I cannot do that in the current situation.
As a workaround, you can modify some of the files and install a separate blank template with its own folder structure and thus settings. I just tested this and it seems to be working so far.
