    Hi,

    First i suggest that you try to upgrade to the latest version of the plugin! You can do this by using JA Extension Manager !

    Hi guys,

    the temporaly solution to show always the same picture works!!! For all who wants to know the way in future:

    1. You have to put this two lines of code in the head section of the website
    <link rel=”image_src” href=”URL” />
    and
    <meta property=”og:image” content=”URL”>
    (for URL you have to put in the path to your wanted picture)

    2. You have to wait 24 hours because facebook only srapes your page every 24 hours.

    Thats it. Maybe in the furture there is a way to automatical send the picture which is shown in the “liked articel” but now it works fine
    with one and always the same picture.

    Best Regards

    Hi 24,
    Thanks for letting us know this is solved!
    It s difficult when dealing with third parties as we can not control how often they update items.
    I am so glad the issue is solved for you though!

    Hi all!
    Wanted to update with some research I did on this issue.
    The quickest way to clear Facebook’s cache, and force Facebook to use the info from your meta tags, is to Lint the URL.
    Enter the URL of the webpage that contains the meta tags in the Linter, and Facebook will clear its cache for that page. Your Share or Like button should then start pulling the correct info from your meta tags.
    Hope it helps!
