Why I can’t change my favicon.ico? I did everything what founded in solution here and still nothing.

I replaced file favicon.ico under this link<link href=”/plugins/system/jat3/base-themes/default/images/favicon.ico” rel=”shortcut icon” type=”image/x-icon” />.

I clean webrowser cache and T3 cache and nothing.
Could someone help me?

I saw that link and followed instruction but without effect.

My file index.php looks this

Where should I add this line

I don’t know what is going on.
Another funny thing. I downloaded Opera and in this browser there is no icon:). But if you can see correct icon that is fine.
