May 15, 2013 at 11:57 am #492834I have a 2.5 install . I have tried there seems like footer fine there but search module still dont show up at head-search position.
I have looked at the header.php file there is no mention about head-search .
so this is definitely Joomla 3 related. but head-search dont work at all.
Thanks for your help.PHP Built On Linux host190.hostmonster.com 2.6.32-20130307.60.9.bh6.x86_64 #1 SMP Thu Mar 7 15:58:33 EST 2013 x86_64

May 16, 2013 at 1:47 am #492900Hi brucect,
Due to concept of this template, the search module will be assigned to menu item named ‘Search’. If you want it looks like demo, you can create a new menu item with this backend settings: http://static.joomlart.com/images/userguide/ja_templates/ja_hawkstore/search-menu.png
Then create a search module, assign it to head-search position: http://static.joomlart.com/images/userguide/ja_templates/ja_hawkstore/search-backend.png
In template manager > Navigation tab > you need to assign above search module to search menu item:
See our user guide for more information: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/ja-hawkstore-userguide/
Hope you got the idea.
Regards

May 16, 2013 at 2:18 am #492905Thanks for the reply. guide is confusing with search module. it does not clarify is it extra created in mega menu or it comes as internal
module. that’s why i did not look at the menu section of the guide.
how about footer 5-6 makes footer module float right on the joomla 3?
you got anything on that?Saguaros ModeratorSaguaros

May 17, 2013 at 7:40 am #493093BTW, this JA Hawkstore uses Virtuemart component which, however, doesn’t support Joomla 3 at this moment. Hence this template runs well with Joomla 2.5 only. Version for Joomla 3.0 will be released when Virtuemart component is available for Joomla 3.0
See more in this info page: http://www.joomlart.com/joomla/templates/ja-hawkstore
Best Regards
