And I’m not to sure why my footer 1 & footer 2 menu items are not stacking correctly any more as they do on the demo site!
Please see attached image for picture explanation. And what I’m trying to achieve.

The problem is due to Ark extension on your site , its override the css style .
Add below code in /css/custom.css file to fix this problem ..nav-stacked > li { float: none!important; }
