Dear mahdiit,
The problem comes from this plugin in your site: VMPAYMENT_MELLAT_JOOMINA_IR, I just disabled it and the add to cart funtion updating the number of product works fine now.
You should try to contact the provider of this plugin to check it for you.

Hi
We don’t have right to make change in 3rd party extension, you may take a look at this file: /public_html/plugins/vmpayment/vmmellat/vmmellat.php and change in JS code.

You’ve asked for more information about my Cart problem.
My Cart is not updated when adding a product, but the Cart is being updated after refresh the page. you said that problem is in my Paymentmellat plugin, but I can not change my Paymentmellat plugin.
solution: If the page to be refreshed after adding the product to Cart automatically, The problem will be solved.
For example: when customer clicks on the “add to cart” (im my language “خرید”) button, the page to be refreshed.
