    Hi,
We are having issues with guest user permissions. Job Board is configured so that guest users are able to view job list details as well as company profiles. However, even though Job Board is set up to freely view these pages, users are asked to login in order to view that info. It’s not a cache issue.

Anybody has an answer to this problem?

We are using Joomla 1.5.23, running a T3 v2 Template, and Job Board 1.5.3.
Our website is http://www.curriculum.bo (Sorry for the spanish in the front end)

    Thanks!

Apparently I am not understanding your issue, as I cannot replicate your problem.

I am able to browse the jobs and click on the companies for more information without logging in.

Your second menu item: VER EMPLEOS brings me to a list of your job openings. I click on the job title and it brings me to a full page listing. I click on the company title, and it brings me to a full page listing.

There is a login area at the top of each page, but this is to simply register should I want to be notified of upcoming jobs or to place my resume.

Is the issue that you do not want that registration login to show?

    thanks,
    John.

It’s weird. Users were not able to view job and employer details. Now they do, which is what I wanted it to do. It didn’t do it before even though I had Job Board set up so that guest users could view that info.

I had a small change done on the layout of /jajobs/jaview.php and re-loaded that. Then I realized I was able to view the details.
