I have previously used this on this site and had no problems but now when I try to update it the formatting and shapes disappear and it is shrunken down. I can’t figure out what went wrong all of a sudden it just stopped working.

Hi,

Did you try to remove this block and add it again?

If it doesn’t work, share me the login info of your site, I will take a look.

I just noticed that it only happens when I edit with Chrome browser but works fine in Internet Explorer.

Seems is a problem only in certain browsers. Error happens in google chrome browser but not in Internet Explorer
