Yes thats the one,
Enable it
then go into the settings and try running in IE7 mode .
🙂
Strange, now the introtexts gets messed up in IE 8.0. Thats worse.. What does “Emulate IE7” and “Emulate IE8” mean? and what about “Edge?”

I have mine set to Emulate IE7 , I can only guess what it means, maybe someone else might be able to explain the settings. Emulate IE7 worked for me, that is till IE breaks it again with another update or somthing.
I’m having an issue with IE6 and JA Zibal. It is putting all main content at the bottom of the page and leaving a HUGE white space where the main content should be. Any help would sure be appreciated. THANKS !!
you want to emulate IE7, that makes all IE8 users see the site as if using IE7 and solves the compatibility issue, IE8 was specifically developed with this functions because they knew ie8 was incompatible with most websites.
Thanks for answering MJ1256. But my problem is the opposite. My website looks more or less fine in IE8, and I want to make the webite appear in IE 7 and older the same way as it does in IE8,
Do you know what i meen?
