hello
After succesfully FTP all folders from quickstart folder to public_html and trying to access my site, i recieve the last screen of instalation that ask to delete instalation folder. cant go back to define DB and if i delete the installation folder i recieve a “page not found” error message
Cao you assist pls?

Usually this happens when your public_html folder contains some files from a previous installation ( configuration.php )

To avoid this, you need to start from scratch a new installation and you need to be sure that your public folder was empty before start again

also make a new database and use it for your new installation

Thanks, done, i cleaned all public_html folder and upload again all quickstart folders. Installation starts, all steps are ok but after i insert all DB parameters (user, pass etc) i wait more than an hour and nothing happend (try 3 times)
– “next” is not enable and i cant go to next screen

Hi

Check better your db configuration (username and password . etc ) after you have checked these settings you need to be sure that your user has all the rights . you need to grant for all ( some servers has the option to check the rights for new created db user )
