Hi,

OS Win 8.1 64 bit
Wampserver (64 bits & PHP 5.5) 2.5

Quickstart installation did not work, please see attachments ( 001 – 002 – 003 ).

I do as it say in the Documentation, Open the php.ini then configure as below
post_max_size = 750M
upload_max_filesize = 750M
memory_limit=750M

please could you help me with this ?

About blank page please turn on display_errors to get more detail.
Note:// Joomla! use ini_set to override it. Please make sure you set Debug mode in Joomla = Development.

So hard to answer that. It’s depend on your server .
Put it so high will cause server crash if server is weak.
