Dear i have bistro template and facing problem with Internet explorer , it works fine with google and firefox but only the problem with explorer

when i change the template it works, but when i reinstall bistro template the problems comes again.
is the bistro has a problems with IE .

I just built a new site in the local from joomla source with Arabic language files and enabling language filter, everything was OK on Firefox and i.e., But when I just adding ja minisite with jat 1.3.3 & jaextmanger 1.1.1 the site lost the style in I.e. but still working fine in Firefox!
