Hi,
I installed RSTickets!Pro on our website and it looks like there is a conflict on bootstrap and js code with JA Healthcare. I contact their support and they said the problem is with the template and not the extension.

this is their reply:
"By inspecting your page’s source code it appears that your template is using a custom version of Bootstrap 3 and RSTickets!Pro, as well as our other products have been designed to work using the standard Joomla! framework (Bootstrap 2.3.2). Currently the Joomla! CMS natively supports Bootstrap 2 and not 3 such as your template loads, you can easily test how our product look and feel by temporarily switching to a standard Joomla! template like Protostar."

the main issue is the main menu doesnt show properly and need help fixing that.

Hi,

Could you detail the issue here and provide the credentials of your site: admin + FTP account so I can check?

FYI: T3 framework is built with Bootstrap3 so does JA Healthcare template and Bootstrap 4 is coming.

I fixed the issue by creating a template override for rstickets and its working now.

Not happy with their extension, can you recommend any other ticketing extension that are competible with Joomlart templates?
