It’s because we built JA Social II with latest version 4.0.9, you can navigate to our documentation here, we mentioned about the package com_community_pro_4.0.9.zip.

The release date of new Jomsocial 4.1.0 is 22 Sep which mean last week and they mentioned that “All Modules And Apps Were Rebuilt From Scratch“, so we will have to rebuild everything from scratch as well.
