If I enable the cache mode in the template manager for JA Social most of the images on my site won’t show up. There is just a little x where the image should be. Does anyone know what might be causing this and how to fix it.

    Thanks,
    Mickey

    Hi mickalypickaly,
Thanks for contacting with us. May I know which version of Joomla you’re using with our JA Social template? and please check in Plugin Manager in backend, the T3 plugin located in the end of plugin list or not, if not, please try to reorder it to the end. And please let me know what happen.

    Regards.

I’ve encountered the same problem. Sometimes images show up, sometimes they don’t, sometimes even the whole layout crashes. I suspect it has something to do with the cache.

    Joomla 2.5.4
    T3 2.5.1 (2012), set to last plugin
    JA Social
    Compression turned off

Edit: Just checked the layout on an iPhone. Afterwards, my desktop browser used the iPhone template rather than the default one. What’s happening?

    Hi deane,
Please check the default layout you use for Desktop in :
Backend > Template manager > Your_Default_Template > Profile tab > Layout Settings section > and please make sure that you select layout to be used as default layout for desktop.

    Regards
