hi!

have the following problem with “JA System Social Plugin” when someone select “like” instead of appearing the corresponding article on facebook it generates the following url:

http://www.facebook.com/http%3A%2F%2Fwww.locofortravel.com%2Findex.php%2Fpromocoes%2Fportugal%2Falojamentos%2F404-casas-de-juromenha-turismo-rural

can you explain why this is happening.

Did you have any special settings for this plugin ?

I do not see the facebook Like button when checking on your front-end, Did you turn it off ? you can pm me your admin account and the FTP Info if possible for further checking 🙂

hi,

I already had changed the parameter “Embed Type” from FBML to Iframe and the problem was solved.

But I got a new problem, and possibly you should have noticed when clicked on the facebook link button. In most cases there is no picture of the article, but another image, and this image is always the same …

In short: I clicked on seven articles, and only one had the correct image (the last of the seven), one did not show an image, and five had the wrong image as you can check the images attached (from facebook).

Can you explain why this happens … if it’s something I’m doing wrong please tell me.

Hello zanganito,

The cause of bug is the plugin does not add mega image tag for facebook like button, so Facebook like script will automatically get the first image of your site (that why you see some post have same image).

I have reported this issue to our developer, they will fix it for the next version.
