The text areas are small and narrow. Can one of the JA Devs correct this. This has been pointed out since day one. It is a nuance and I have angry members on my site. here is a screenshot.

I think this issue is from your module. You can change cols and rows attribute in textarea to your suitable.

If you go to my site. look at the shoutbox and then post a PM. my username is WCF Ganzuelo there. youll see the size of the text area. I looked into the module settings with no luck

Hi

Open modules/mod_shoutbox/css/mod_shoutbox.css file, at about line 44, find following code:

#chatForm textarea {
width:150px;
}

and change to:

#chatForm textarea {
width:300px;
height: 300px;
}

I havent tried that yet but the same issue goes for the Jomsocial PM system. so it must be a issue with the code in the actual theme to override both

Im getting sick of dealing with you guys saying this post has been answered and it hasn’t. I am bout to just swtich over my whole **** site to something else so I dont have put up with Joomlart’s crappy service
