    Thanks for your PM. If you do not want to give us access to try and help you then there is not a lot we can do other than direct you to the instructions on setting the module up. Sorry.

    There could be so many things causing this. It could be that you are using the Joomla 1.5 version on a Joomla 2.5 site, or it could be a setup problem.

    I tried a number of times to access your site last night but was unable. Please check your system as I could not even see the site.

    Maybe you could install a quickstart of one of our templates that includes tabs so you can see how it is setup or read the guides for any of the templates that use tabs.

    it is open and Working. please check again.

    I used Akeeba backup Kickstart to restore the project. and Website works fine. i configure all the issues related to IIS but JA tabs are the problem. please try again now. and let me know if u have any problem

    Firstly, we have tried to help you. We cannot respond instantly to your demands and sometimes responses can take up to 24hrs. Yesterday you first refused to logon with an active JA user account and then refused to give us logon information so we could help you. When you finally gave us access and I visited your site just 6hrs later it appeard down from 2 different locations on 2 different machines so I am certain it was not a connectivity or computer problem from my end. Now when I go to look at your site your template has crashed with no css visible. It is not a JA template but a custom one of your own so I cannot help you with that. When it is fixed please get back to me or take the time to read the guides on setting this up for Joomla 1.5 as it is very different to how you do it on Joomla 2.5.

    First of all, I apologize for my hyper behavior.. When i gave you the user n pass, u didnt reply anymore. so, i felt that u dont want to help. it was my mistake.

    I read alot of things these days. and i read this user Guide too. it wont help me.

    Other thing is that i tried alot of things in these days. So, when i made some changes, on the other hand u tried at the same time. so, there was a conflict.

    Now i am setting up a newly Installation on my server. you can now access to it and take a look. it would be very appreciable from my side if you find a core problem with JA TABS.

    I am in my office today so only have limited access. I work for Fujitsu in my day job and am behind a company firewall so would not be able to access your server until this evening when I get home.

    Have you tried looking at those guides? I know you are using J1.5 which is setup very differently to J2.5 with regards to tabs. I am certain that is is just a setup problem you are having.

    That is rarely ever going to be possible. Most of the support team only help out in our spare time so are only on when we can. I have a normal day job for instance so fit this in when I can. Same goes for most of the support tem. JA do have a number of full time staff too but they work standard business hours in their home country of Vietnam. With supporters from around the world (me in the UK with others in Greece, Bulgaria, India, USA, Italy, Australia, Ireland etc, etc) we do manage to cover much of the 24 hours. But also due to the way we work I have not passed on your details to another team member. On the plus side it would mean that your details are only with me, on the down side it means you would have to wait for me to be available to look. It wasn’t that I was not responding to you, I have a normal life to lead, kids to enjoy time with and a day job outside of this. I will always make sure that I respond withing 24hours and I have done to yourself every time.

    The other alternative is if you raise a support ticket instead of a forum post. That way all of the team can see your login details so if one was not available it can be quickly passed to another.

    Oh, and from your PM

    I Set Up the Joomla 1.5.22 which is on this Backup Site as u can see on the left top corner

    You would need to update that to the latest release of Joomla 1.5.25

    The version of JA Tabs (both the module and the plugin) are very early out of date versions so not sure where you got them from. Version 1 RC1.

    You ned to update them to their latest releases. You can do that through the JA Extension manager which I have taken the liberty of installing for you. You will need to go to the JA Extension manager and before you try and update you will need to put your credentials (the same login you use here) in the services manager for the “Joomlart Updater Service”. Obviously I cannot do that for you as I do not know your credentials.

    are you sure. if i upgrade. will it start working ? and if i upgrade it with new version then i dont have to change my logics with JA TABS ??? or it requires new Modules and plugins after upgrade? as u said earlier that New versions have different techniques of Publishing Contents ….. !!!

    Please Confirm it, and then i m gonna Upgrade.

    I tried it but it gives me an error with Joomla Update Service ..

    I m ready to give you every credentials you want. you try up yourself to Upgrade it.
