Which error exactly are you seeing?

If you cannot use the JA Extension manager just download the JA Tabs plugins/Module from the downloads section.

I Update the plugin with new package and it loose all the styles, on that pages which contains JA TABS module.

i put credentials into Update service and set it to default and upgrade JA TAB package.

When i roll back the changes , it works and didnt loose styles. but after upgrade package. it lost styles. and no JA TABS shown after that. just links without styles.

What do you mean looses styles? You set the styles in the module.

i dont know exactly, but it know that style are manually configured in JA TABS styles and scripts files.

Old Developer, who works on it, did this.

but now he is not in reach

Did you have some custom styles that you have lost?

Are the actual tabs working now but just missing your styles?

I can try and logon in a couple of hours and take a look when I get back home.

Do the tabs work? No need for me to install teamviewer on my Mac assuming it is available for it. Just need to know if the tabs work.

I have done a little investigation and the problem appear to be with the coding of your custom template. I have installed and uninstalled a number of different templates both free ones from other clubs and some of our own JA ones and on all of them the JA Tabs modules works as expected.

I have left the JA Edenite template installed on your site but not set as default. If you go to the template manager and set the Edenite template as default then browse you your compliance page you will see the tabs module working well in the banner position.

Sorry, for the late reply, as i was on the weekend holidays.

Yep, u r right. JA TABS works with this template but not working with my site template.
Can u please, figure out the exact problem with it?

I still cant manage to find the core problem.but i know it is a problem of JA TABS styles and scripts. because when i upgrade JA TABS, all the styles of my site stop working.

The problem appears to be the coding of your template and without going into that in great detail it is going to be impossible to work out where the conflict is. You should start by disabling scripts running on your template one by one to see if any of those are causing the problem.

I did that. Disable all the modules and plugins except JA TABS, but no avail. 🙁

I did almost everything with it but all goes in vain.

But i am not a PHP developer. that’s why i cant go in to the CODE. It is reason i m asking you, if u connect with my server and take a look.
it will be easier for u to understand the ISSUE then.

hi, I used this plugin instead of JA TABS and they are working with Joomla 1.5.
Now i want to Customize the CSS according to the Theme. if u have the customizable themes for this plugin please let me know.
