    Hello..

I’m not sure if anyone has ever come across a problem like this. I went to publish a new article and all of a sudden the column mass 1 column was at the bottom of the content bottom column.

I messed around with it quite a lot and i was able to replicate it on my local test bed. When i unpublish the article, it goes back to normal.

The content was taken from another site, and am wondering, if it’s possible that I may inadvertently copied some code within the article that screws up the template when executed… ??? (just a hunch)

Anyway.. would like to avoid this in the future, any ideas as to what this is all about?

    Thanks

Sounds like MSWord Crud. Whenever content is copied from a MSWord document and pasted straight into a Joomla WYSIWYG you often get unintended MSWord code that comes with it (you’ll notice a bunch of “mso” notations in the source code).

This also impacts greatly the Joomla formatting.

So check the source code of the article and see if that may be the problem. If it is…just clean out the crud and repost.

    Have fun!
    John.

    Thanks!

I did use word to my detriment. Will start using notepad instead.

    Much obliged! 🙂
