Hi all, I have problem with ja news pro and ja news feature modules. I have installed Ja next template to my old website and then install all component that I need but when I want to use these components none of the save and close button work. I have all necessary plugin (such as JA T3 Framework, )
I have unistall it and again inistall the component but it does’nt work

Sorry for the mistake saying component instead of module.
when I want to create new “ja news feature” or “ja news pro” modules, “save”, “save and close” and “save and new” doesn’t work but “cancel” work.
Does anybody have idea?

Hi wearehere18,

In this case, you check out the settings of access restriction to components/modules/plugins in your .htaccess files. Since the restriction settings can cause the jQuery of these modules load not correctly. That is the reason why you can’t use above buttons in the module’s backend.
