Hey there I’m having a few problems with my Job Board site and I was wondering if anyone had similar problems that they might shed some light on the situation.
The “Search Job” option that searches your site for registered jobs based on information like categories, salary, locations doesn’t seem to be providing me with any results when I try to use the keyword function (Even if its the exact name of the job it still brings up nothing) or if I try to search by job type, like full time or part time.
I’d had a few problems selecting stuff like “Resumes” and “C.Vs” but that problem was solved simply enough by turning off search engine friendly URLs. So I don’t think the two problems are related.
Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated thank you.

July 9, 2010 at 2:35 am #349383Hi guy,
Your current username is a free member only.
Have you bought JA Job Board from us?
Do you have any subscribed member for it?July 9, 2010 at 10:57 am #349449Hey dude sorry to cause confusion, this is the account I purchased Job Board with. I didn’t realise the account I used to purchase JB was the same one I could use to Interact on the forums with LOL my bad.
Anyway so yeah my question, It seems I have been having problems with the search features all around:
I am unable to find any registered jobs utilizing the “keyword search” and the “job type” box. While the other specifications like Location and salary work just fine.
My second problem is that the drop down window for the jobfilter module remains confined inside the dimensions of the box and as such is almost entirely obscured from view.
This second problem is solved well enough by using the Purity 2 template, but I wanted to go with a different theme and have been trying to use the yootheme template Yoo_enterprise and this is where I encountered the problem.Again I would really appreciate any help, thank you.

Hi guy,
Please reinstall our latest JB 1.4.6 version and send me your url, admin account for further check.
Kindly refer to this link http://www.joomlart.com/forums/showt…rom-Your-Posts… to know how to send us your credentials data.
July 12, 2010 at 8:39 am #349663K Thanks, I’ll do that.
But in the meantime the link that you have provided doesn’t seem to work.
EDIT: Okay so I reinstalled Version 1.4.6 again with no success as far as resolving the problem goes, thank you for directing me to the ” How to raise Support Ticket from Your Posts…” thread, though after having read through the details I assume that I am only able to submit a support ticket from the “News and announcements” section, If this is the case, however I am unable to access this area even though this is the account I used to purchase the premium membership.
