Hi sclb,

I configured to make the images to display with light box popup on your website. Pls see About >> JCE Popup Tested menu item with Potency Testing article as an example. The required plugins are installed successfully, so You just to need to insert the image into article content & configure popup parameters.

* The image popup configuration is the same on both Joomla content & K2 items.

Hi Leo,

First of all, thanks for your continued help. Secondly, I am still not able to properly configure the lightbox on the pages I want to use it.
It is not working on upper right image for the K2 page for Main Manu>Learn>Terpenes

And also not on the “Order Testing” link from our home page which is supposed to open article in lightbox.

For both I get the same effect, no lightbox and disabled links until refresh.

I am sure I have it configured correct but it still doesn’t work? You could please check this one specifically and let me know what I am doing wrong?

Hi sclb,

The JCE Media box plugin requires you to configure popup parameters of each image inserted into content. My suggestion that you should see my popup configuration in Potency Testing article as an example, then apply to others.

Notes:
– There is no full image inserted in Order Testing article when I checked out.
– You can see my attached snapshot on previous reply for visual instructions.
– The last time, the light box popup displayed in the image of Potency Testing article. But now, it is invisible.
The season: You website has 406 error which need to configure your server to solve it. Pls follow below tutorial: http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/website-troubleshooting/406-error .
– There is no conflict between JCE Mediabox plugin with our products (template, plugin, module) on your website. The issue belongs to your pop configuration on each image. It is better that you need to follow JCE Mediabox document carefully & raise any threads to get better technical support on JCE forum. As you know, configurating 3rd party extension is not under our support service.
