Hi!

these two problems are driving me crazy :(( … I hope someone can help

1. I have a problem with the modules. I try to make modifications to some modules (ja news featured (frontpage) or ja news – default layout) and when I apply the changes do nothing. Whether I give the save buttonor save and close … stuck.

2. If you enter in my site and want to read an article, does not leave you. Neither pressing into the article or at the ‘read more …’

Hi

1) You need to configure and enable your ftp user in the Global configuration –> Server Tab –> FTP Settings

2) I can navigate through your articles on the front page without problems — Please check again

Looks like user’s credentials are

2. That’s rare!! I’m trying from different computers and IP’s and does not work. I just can see the frontpage…

Have you filled all the fields with the correct info ? i can see all empty now

Use the ftp info given from your Hosting provider

I did it but when I save, all fields disappears and only keeps the information of ftp host and port, but their not correct

I just solve the problem I had with the modules. Regarding the articles, I continue without being able to read. I’ve tried other browsers, different ip’s and computers and still not working :((:((

Could you explain better what you mean ? if i click on articles on your front page ( ja_news_pro or ja_news_featured module ) i can go to the page with the article and read it without any problem . maybe is not this your issue ?

You said it right, this is the issue!
If I click any article on the front page, I can’t read it… reloads the front page. I don’t understand how you can see it and I don’t…it’s kind of weird!

I just open the ones that you show me in the video, but the rest I can’t.

Can you try it with other articles? With the main article, the one that have the ‘read more’ button…or the other categories; empresas y productos, centros de impresión…

(btw, sorry for my english…and thanks for your help!)
