I’ve discovered that using the JA Mono template on my website with Kunena causes a major issue – when someone edits a post, the BBCode buttons (font formatting, inserting pics and videos, etc) do not load properly. They just don’t even show up when you Quick Reply or Edit an existing post on the first try, but if you refresh the page while in the editor, the buttons show up.
The support team at Kunena suggested I try using the old default Protostar template, and lo and behold, it is JA Mono causing the issue it seems. With the Protostar template, buttons load every time and quickly on the Kunena editor page.
Do you have any idea where the conflict could be? The buttons work, you just can’t get to them without refreshing the edit page at least once, which is far from user friendly for my users.
