Hi

I have a language swticher, when a choose “norwegian” language the menu connected to the language appears i mainnav. But when a choose english language the english menu dosnt show. Is it possible to swich between to menus in the top menu and whats the position ?

You need to create menu for both languages: english and norwegian version, check out this guide for more info: http://help.joomla.org/files/EN-GB_multilang_tutorial.pdf

Yes, I have that, but I wanted all in one menu. So when I switch the language to the other language the same menu switched over to the other language. But with mainmenu I just added menuitems with different language to solve it.
