I cannot figure out how to setup the language switcher, I tried with many ways and it is not working. Also it is not available in demo builder as it shown in the demo. Please some one help!

I already read that, but the problem is that the flags are not appearing, I also followed the video provided by joomlart and it is the same story, I will appreciate an urgent help!
