August 13, 2009 at 7:00 pm #143437Hi,
I changed the categories and now there’s a problem with the layout. See first image. When you click “Sympathy” on left menu, the first product doesn’t move completely in it’s position.
And in the second image, on the homepage, I’d like a space between the second article on the left, “Fruit Baskets” just as there’s a space before the second article on the right, Care of Fresh Tropical Flowers.
Also, does anyone know why the product image shows in the slider position every time it’s used in a category? For example, a plant can be placed in Business, Thinking of You, Sympathy, Get Well categories. When doing that, the plant/image/product will show up in the slider 4 times because it’s placed in 4 different categories. Any way around this?
Thanks for your help! Celestial Florist is the site.

No, it has not been fixed as I do not know how to fix it. The problem still persists.
From the left menu, if you click “Sympathy” you will see the page does not fully load from right to left. There should be two products in two columns but only one product is completely visible. The other product doesn’t show, it is partially hidden behind the right module.Also, the description (text) is too close to the images.
Thank you,

JA Developer,
With all due respect, simply because you answer a post does not mean the issue has been solved. You or someone keep changing my problem to answered. The problem stated in the post still exists. I would kindly appreciate it if the post is not marked ANSWERED as others may have a solution and not respond because they think that ANSWERED means SOLVED.
You may have provided 115 Answers as of this post but you have certainly not given a solution for 115 issues. I repeat, simply replying to a post does not solve it if a solution isn’t given. That is simply answering. I could get points for that even for writing this post. I’m “answering” my own post.
Again, with all due respect. I answer you immediately after you post here but you do not respond again for weeks. I understand this is voluntarily and I respect and appreciate your time but I’d prefer you not “answer” if it gives the appearance the problem has been solved.
Kindly,
GeoViGeoVi FriendGeoVi

September 9, 2009 at 7:51 am #316894Hi GeoVi
Thank you for your PM.
I fixed your issues.
+ With the first image, open templates/ja_larix/index.php file, find following code and comment it:
jaAddEvent (window, 'load', initAdjustVM);
+ with the secord image, open templates/ja_larix/css/template_css.css file, add following code at the end of file:
.jazin-content {
margin-bottom: 10px;
}
Hope it helps.

September 9, 2009 at 8:10 pm #316953JA Developer,
Thank you. I apologize for my annoyance earlier even though I feel justified. I thought I was patient (I posted on 8/13 – it’ll be one month in just 4 days) but was getting no results after you had responded to but not answered/fixed my problem.
I know you are not necessarily obligated and it is my understanding you do this voluntarily. I appreciate your help and everyone else who assists not just me but all of us when we have problems. So again, thank you.
The problem is fixed with a little exception.
Do you see how the text is not close to the images on the homepage? In the categories “Sympathy” etc., the text is too close to the images.
Also, were you able to change the email address from: webmaster@joomlart.com to info@celestialflorist.com as stated in the PM? I have it posted in this thread: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/confirmation-includes-ja-email-address/
Kind regards,
GeoVi -
