Build a structure using “Business Templates” following the same example of the demo.
When I click the menu for this section of the site, the page does not load and automatically redirects to the home page.

The link problem is the menu “Serviços”

Have you checked to make sure that your menu links are directing to the appropriate page(s)?

The problem stayed at the menu item “Servicos” of menu “Servicos”. The “Product layout” doesn’t work with the Category “Servicos”. It also doesn’t work with some other categories but work with “Uncategorised”, “Download” or newly created “Test”. It is very weird

If I change to the above categories, the redirect working fine.

So, I would like to suggest you to try to create new category to use the “Product layout”
