Why do pages that I have the magazine side menu on, show a different color in the MAIN TOP MEGA MENU than pages without it.

And how can I make them all use the same menu color, where are each getting their color info from now?

Using TIMELINE IV template j1.6

I modified menu/css.css and everything other css file that had any mention of the css menu. Yet now I on CERTAIN PAGES I still see the old colors of the top main menu… I dont understand why some pages shows a diff color menu, and where its getting that color info from, please help me.
