I’m using JA Teline IV T3 in Joomla 3.3.
It’s a bit difficult for me to give a whole screenshot, I’m trying to post two or more…I’m trying to set mobile version using “Main Menu”; the items set as “child menu” appear in mobile setup, those with “module” not at all.
See screenshot for “Parameters JA Extended” in Menu component:If one clic on the “Menu” in mobile setup (i.e. upon an iPhone) he can see only some items, not those with “modules” added, so he cannot navigate on those associated categories…

The Parameters (JA Extended) is used to configure Megamenu (in T3v2, not T3). In the JA Teline IV T3, you can configure it in Megamenu Configuration.

In T3 Framework, JA template has option “Hide when collapse” in Megamenu Configuration in backend. It helps to hide the column when the menu is collapse on small screen.
In this case, this is best solution for you.
– Go to Template Manager >> Megamenu Configuration
– Configure the megamenu like this image:Hope this helps
